Manthiri - Liveaboard Diving Holidays in Maldives

Maldives, renowned for its rich and diverse marine life, is home to Manthiri, our luxurious live-aboard with a long and illustrious track record of happy customers reflected in the high number of returning guests. In 12 years of operation, the vessel has undergone three major refits and upgrades primarily aimed at the comfort and convenience of our guests. The vessel is religiously well maintained, but that is only half of our commitment to excellence. The other half is service and an endless quest for perfection (read the Manthiri story).

We accommodate up to 12 divers in six spacious cabins. We offer three to four dives daily. Our dive support vessel Vasantha, 54 foot long featuring a massive 400 square foot dive deck complete with head and two hot water showers, rides low on water affording a most convenient and stable platform to dive from.

Although our scheduled tours are mostly 10 days, 6 days. Any two or more consecutive tours can be combined or dates slightly altered to accommodate charters.

Our itineraries are the fruit of our long experience and new discoveries. We haunt areas that offer the choicest combination of the season: schooling mantas July to early November, whale shark sightings and the fabled fish life of Maldives year-round. Guaranteeing our storied service level is a superb crew of twelve, led by three dive instructors with an unrivalled knowledge of the dive sites, and two expert chefs, who spoil the guests with mouth-watering meals day after day. Aboard Manthiri, set up and equipped with underwater photographers in mind, our photopro will be happy to help you hone your skills regardless of your level of experience. Even novices are surprised by how much they can learn in a single trip.
